The book Islamophobia, which was prepared with an interdisciplinary perspective by utilizing many different disciplines such as Theology, Sociology, Psychology and Public Administration, questions the foundations of Islamophobia and the hostility towards Islam; its relationship with xenophobia and hate crimes is examined. The effects of developing communication technologies and social media on the rise of Islamophobia are discussed scientifically.
