The book titled Dissertations about the Transformation of the Ottoman Law Thought consists of previously published essays in various journals, apart from the original introduction. Considering that these essays can be handled within the framework of the transformation of Ottoman Law Thought, it was decided to prepare such a composition. Undoubtedly, more contributions needs to be done in the field of Ottoman Law Thought and Law Philosophy.
