In the book, Ahmet Önkal's works (articles, communiques, negotiations, letters, interviews, etc.) other than book chapters and encyclopaedia articles have been gathered together with the desire to be a guide for future students as our late Ahmet Önkal did for us. He was a scholar who was always in pursuit of the truth. The book aims to provide ease of access to the works left by him and to be a guide for his students.
