Robot Operating System is a meta operating system developed to create a common platform for robot control. The
widespread use of robot systems has paved the way for the development of software for robot control. As a common
platform, ROS can be consindered as a pioneer in this context. The book titled Guide - ROS for Autonomous Mobile
Robots has been prepared as a source book for the use of ROS in the management of autonomous mobile robots, from
installation to application. In this context, the management of autonomous mobile robots with ROS is discussed with
algorithm and programming examples. In addition, TurtleBot3 and AutoRace tasks are included at the algorithm and
application level. ROS and TurtleBot3 are presented separately with simulation and real world scenarios.
