Our university provides survey/questionnaire services with official application.

A survey is a method of systematically collecting the opinions of the target audience of an institution or organisation through predetermined questions. The data collected with the survey service is analysed and used to determine strategy. The purpose, scope, content, and method of the survey are important issues when preparing a survey. Many factors such as what information is needed in the questionnaire, who will prepare the questionnaire, how the target audience is (age, gender, educational status, occupation, etc.), the source of the survey, previous studies are important for the accuracy, usefulness, and robustness of the survey.

Surveys/questionnaires can be customised to meet specific objectives and needs. Questions, scales, and design can be adapted to the targeted results. Surveys can be diversified to serve different purposes such as satisfaction surveys, market research, employee feedback, customer satisfaction surveys and more. The data from the surveys are analysed in detail using modern analytical tools. At the same time, the data provides organisations with important information when making strategic decisions. In this way, business strategies and practices can be developed in a more effective and focused manner.

In the surveying service, the field manager gives the necessary training to the surveyor. Then the surveyor start field work and the field manager supervises the surveyor at certain periods and intervals. At the end of the work, the field manager supervises 30% of the surveys and 100% of the surveyors.
