This book, Ceride Al-Rüsümiye is about an important economic-financial journal published after the proclamation of the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy on 28th of September 1908 bearing the same name as the book. Rüsumat Emaneti was an instution that collected taxes on imported and exported goods and provided security at the land and coastal borders. Rüsumat Emaneti aims to publish different customs regulations, customs-related problems, awards and titles to be given to custom officers, and other information available in the journal. This journal was published in 9 fascicles. However, in the book, 5 fascicles were translated into today's Turkish and presented to those working in the field of economic history.
