This work focuses on the foreign policy strategy of Saudi Arabia, which has been rising in the Middle East politics in
recent years, towards the US, China and Russia. In this context, the study analyses the Riyadh administration´s
relationship within the US, whose politics of engagement in the Middle East and international politics has become
passive, and with China and Russia, which have risen in the Middle East and international politics. The study analyses the
security diversification process developed by regional actors against hegemonic powers from a hedging theoretical
perspective. Mehmet Rakipoglu explains Saudi Arabia´s relations with the US, Russia and China together with the
historical process, and analyses Saudi Arabia´s 2030 vision and the political, economic and diplomatic relations it brings
with it in a multi-dimensional way. In this context, the study not only fills the gap in the international relations literature,
but also has the potential to be a reference source for country/regional and field studies.
