          Ice cream, which is associated with a wealthy lifestyle, was produced by sweetening and flavoring snow and ice in the
          past, and has become a cold dessert that can be easily consumed by all groups in the present world. The aim of the book
          titled Sorbe and Ice cream is to make industrial standardization of local Kahramanmarash ice cream recipes, to reveal
          their nutritional properties and to bring these ice creams to the tourism sector.
