          In today's cuisine trend is a return to regional products and delicacies. In this regard, the mass media and internet users
          are disrupting the essence of the dishes or adding their own interpretations to the dishes in order to diversify or improve
          the local dishes. Therefore, changin the recipes requires the revision of the dishes with the characteristics of the region
          that the local dishes have. The book titled Local Soup Recipes contains the recipes of the local soups of our 81
          provinces, which have an essential place in Turkish cuisine, carried out in order to standardise the local soups, which
          have an significant place in Turkish cuisine, and to protect and popularise the real recipes.
