Muslims need to establish a mentality benefetting from the western knowledge but which rejuvenate their values in
their own epistemology. Muslims need to think about a durable scientific research paradigm for soluting problems,
creating necessary scientific knowledge to understand problems and by adding this knowledge suggesting political
solutions. The Hegemony Counter Hegemony (Congress of the Muslims) named congress included putting to the
agenda the hegemonies created against the Islam and the Muslims and its critical analyses.
