The International Silk Road and Beyond Congress Series (SIRCON 2022) was held in Uzbekistan between the 4th and
7th October 2022 with the topic One Road One Belt: Opportunities and Challenges. This congress was attended by
94 participants from six different countries. Presentations were made in three different languages: Turkish, Uzbek and
English. 37 of the presentations took place face-to-face and 57 of them took place online at the congress.
