In order to explore the working conditions of couriers, the opportunities and problems of the current system, in-depth
interviews were conducted with 20 couriers working in virtual markets in Konya using snowball sampling within the
scope of qualitative research method. Acquiring a Homeland Virtually: Couriers discussed the pandemic through the
eyes of couriers. It includes data on understanding the transforming consumption habits, the development of the
courier profession and the experiences of couriers during the pandemic period.
